دلوقتي انا واخواتي رفعين قضيه بصحة توقيع امي علي عقد بيع الشقه لينا في اخ مننا اجبر علي توكيل محامي من قبال الاب للطعن علي صحة التوقيع واخويا موجود والجلسه الصباح يروح يقول الي حصل قدام القضاء وللعلم الاب استحواذ علي بطاقه الشخصيه وكارنيه الجيش الخاص بأخي وامي صحبة الشأن متوفيه والعقد احنا مضين عليه قبل الوفاه بسنه ونص

طالما ان التوقيع الوارد علي العقد هو توقيع البائع وهي والدتك فلا يوجد مشكلة من الطعن علي ذلك ...
