اشتريت دراجة كبيرة من مدينة أخرى . بعد القيام بالفحص التقني في تلك المدينة سجلتها باسمي في مدينتي . بعد مرور سنتين أردت بيعها وعند الذهاب للفحص التقني فاجؤوني أنها مزورة . ماذا أفعل من فضلكم لقد تعرضت للنصب والتدليس من طرف البائع بتواطئ مركز الفحص التقني لتلك المدينة ؟
