هل تاخر الدرك الملكي في ارسال محضر حادتة سير له اسباب خفية ام ليس هناك سبب رغم انهم اعطوني رقم المحضر وتاريخ الارسال حيت انني توجهت الى المحكمة بطلب نسخة فلم يجدوه مسجلا هل يمكن ان يحدت تلاعب في المحضر ام مادا؟ ارجو منكم افادتي وشكرا.
