اذا كانت الزوجة من دولة عربية مسلمة و الزوج مغربي هل يجب الإقامة مع زوجها بالمغرب خمس سنوات للحصول على الجنسية المغربية؟ ام يطبق عليها الفصل 45 من الظهير الشريف الصادر بتاريخ 6 شتنبر1958 و يجب ان تنتظر سنة واحدة فقط للحصول على الجنسية المغربية؟

لا مجال لتطبيق الفصل 45 من الظهير المشار إليه في سؤالك لأن مدة تطبيقه حددت فيه في سنة من تاريخ نشر ذلك القانون، وبالتالي فإن العمل به قد انتهى.
