Sudanese married to marry Marocian girl

I am a Sudanese man living in Sudan , married to Sudanese woman i want to marry from Maroccan girl as second wife ,what are the procedures since we do not have some of the documents requested there by their law to complete the marriage , therefore i need to guided according to complete my marriage
