Service Description

Legal Consultation Service

The mahkamaty.com website allows users to:

• Get legal consultations from experts.
• Access and review decisions and judgments from Moroccan courts.
• Benefit from legal articles and research.

Case Tracking Service (Tracker)

The Mahkamaty - Case Tracking app allows:

• Access to court case information: We connect directly to the official Moroccan court system API (Mahakim) to display your case data in real-time.
• Instant notifications: We send you notifications via the app and email whenever your court case has any update.
• Multiple tracking: Ability to track multiple court cases simultaneously.

What We Don't Offer

• We are not a law firm: Mahkamaty is an information service only and does not provide legal representation.
• We don't intervene in court proceedings: We are a tool for displaying information only.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur for technical reasons or maintenance, and these interruptions do not obligate Mahkamaty to provide any compensation.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your information and update it if necessary.
• One account per person.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country of residence.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Acceptable Use

Permitted

• Posting legal consultations in a clear and explicit manner with an appropriate title.
• Tracking your personal court cases.
• Tracking cases of family members or clients (if you are a lawyer) with their consent.
• Using the service for legitimate purposes only.

Prohibited

• Using Mahkamaty in an illegal manner or in a way that harms the site.
• Automated or bulk data extraction (scraping).
• Resale or commercial distribution of court case data.
• Using the service for fraud or any illegal activity.
• Impersonating or falsifying identity.
• Publishing personal data of third parties (addresses, phone numbers, credit cards).
• Paying for a question that refers the expert to another question on the site.

Legal Consultation Terms

Writing a Consultation

• Write an appropriate and expressive title for the consultation.
• The consultation content must be clear and explicit.

Urgent and Confidential Consultations

• All terms for writing a legal consultation apply to urgent or confidential consultations.
• In case of violation of terms, the site reserves the right not to respond.

Data and Privacy

Notification Delivery

We do not guarantee delivery of all notifications due to factors beyond our control (email filters, network issues, device settings, etc.).

Mahkamaty assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, unauthorized access, or change in communication with any user.

Subscriptions and Payment

Free Plan

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited case tracking.
• Instant notifications via email and app.
• Urgent and confidential consultations.
• Priority technical support.

Billing

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

• Mahkamaty refunds amounts paid for special services if the request for these services conflicts with the site's terms.
• For credit card payments, refunds take 7-14 business days.
• For cash payments, refunds take 21 days to one month.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

• The "Mahkamaty" trademark, app design, logos, and source code belong to us.
• It is prohibited to modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, download, publish, or sell site content without prior written permission.

Court Data

• Court case data remains public information and we do not claim ownership of it.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on displayed information.
• We are not responsible for notifications not received due to reasons beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid.

Service Termination

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

By You

• You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
• When deleting your account, all your data will be permanently deleted.
