White year at university appeal

I was studying at a university, and I end up getting diagnosed with bipolar and taking medications. Unfortunately I failed the year, I tried to get a white year with some medical certificates and repeat the year without paying fees again but I think I got refused while my friend who had surgery in his lungs because if smoking failed too but he got to repeat the year without paying. This happened 4 years ago. I wish I find a way to retake the year without paying

Honoring US Child Custody Agreement

I have sole legal custody of my 9-year old daughter. My ex-husband has visitation privileges only. Both my daughter and I are US citizens and my ex-husband is a dual citizen of both Morocco and the US. Per our custody agreement, he is not allowed to travel outside of the US with her. This summer I will personally be bringing her to Morocco to meet his family. I want to ensure that our custody agreement is legally recognized in Morocco and ensure that I will have no issues leaving the country with her.

Validity of case being claimed

I received a judgment claimed to be from Appeal Court of Rabat under file 290/1645/2024. I was never notified nor my lawyer and it appears to be issued after Court of Cassation issued cancellation of appealed judgment and returned all cases to be reviewed from begining on 14 February, 2024. I am under impression that this new file apparently issued 23 December 2024, and case , may be fraudulent as person who provided it has been known to falsify documents. Court of Cassation was refering to appeals and files: 176/ 1620/2016, 74/1622/2018, 1452/1622/2019 d

How to file Lawsuit of deprivation of civil rights, and enforcement of parenting time in USA ?

Deprivation of civil rights. Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights. Abduction of children across state lines in USA. Parental alienation and discrimination by the Court. Threats of sabotage and harassment t by local authorities. And abandonment of Moroccan Consulate in New York that does not answer my phone calls or at least tell how I can find help. I am a foreigner married to a Moroccan Lady for more than ten years seeking residence.. Due to covid, we have not been able to travel and I have fallen into violation of the 90 day visa renewal deadline. Can I still file my papers for residence?
