How do I request and obtain a court judgment copy?
The service lets you request a copy of a judgment issued by a Moroccan court without starting the process at the courthouse. Enter the case reference and select the court to check the judgment and supported copy type. After confirmation, review the case parties and add the required ID before reviewing the price, timing, and payment.
Mahkamaty is an independent service. It does not display the judgment text online or issue the document. The authorized team follows its collection from the court when the request is eligible.

How long does it take?
The service targets 48–72 working hours after confirmed payment under the approved service conditions. Court readiness, closure days, delay, or refusal can change the result. The checkout shows the active timing contract before payment.
Who can request, pay for, and receive the copy?
The request stays linked to the case and uploaded ID. Permission to pay stays separate from permission to access the request and document.
