Hello, my name is Kimutai. About a month ago I went with a friend to maktab with intention of renting a car. We'll after registration and everything I left, the friend talk with guys and was handed over the car in my absence. Now yesterday I received a message from MOJ with that I have a case and I have to pay 8800 riyals and moroor 1300, and I never stepped on that car. What can I do? Thanks.
