my case in Saudi Arabia

I was born in Saudi and lived all my life in Jeddah. I'm now in US and I'm American citizen. My brother is Saudi Nationality and had company for real estate development. I worked for him many years, he should pay all my salaries and commission. He took loan from bank and the business and his company got bankruptcy. I was guarantor with the bank. the bank had cases asking for the money from both of us. Now, I need to get off that because I'm still have connected with all my parents and family in SA. He was responsible for that money not me, he used me to have that money. I left SA in Nov 2017. I want to get back with no any cases against me.
