Honoring US Child Custody Agreement

I have sole legal custody of my 9-year old daughter. My ex-husband has visitation privileges only. Both my daughter and I are US citizens and my ex-husband is a dual citizen of both Morocco and the US. Per our custody agreement, he is not allowed to travel outside of the US with her. This summer I will personally be bringing her to Morocco to meet his family. I want to ensure that our custody agreement is legally recognized in Morocco and ensure that I will have no issues leaving the country with her.
