Honoring US Child Custody Agreement

I have sole legal custody of my 9-year old daughter. My ex-husband has visitation privileges only. Both my daughter and I are US citizens and my ex-husband is a dual citizen of both Morocco and the US. Per our custody agreement, he is not allowed to travel outside of the US with her. This summer I will personally be bringing her to Morocco to meet his family. I want to ensure that our custody agreement is legally recognized in Morocco and ensure that I will have no issues leaving the country with her.

Validity of case being claimed

I received a judgment claimed to be from Appeal Court of Rabat under file 290/1645/2024. I was never notified nor my lawyer and it appears to be issued after Court of Cassation issued cancellation of appealed judgment and returned all cases to be reviewed from begining on 14 February, 2024. I am under impression that this new file apparently issued 23 December 2024, and case , may be fraudulent as person who provided it has been known to falsify documents.
