Mahkamaty is an independent Moroccan legal-tech platform that helps people follow public court-case updates without repeatedly visiting the courthouse or checking the official portal every day.

The service is built for Moroccan civil, commercial, family, social, real-estate, administrative, and appeal files that can be searched through the available court records. After you enter the case year, four-digit case code, sequence number, and court, Mahkamaty looks for the matching file and shows the case context that is available: court, parties, file type, latest decision, and hearing information when present.

If you activate paid tracking, Mahkamaty keeps monitoring the case and sends alerts by email and WhatsApp when a new decision, hearing date, or relevant update appears. The service is not the Moroccan Ministry of Justice and does not replace the official court portal; it is a monitoring and notification layer designed to save time and reduce missed updates.

1- Find the court case number on your receipt, summons, judgment, or lawyer correspondence. The usual format is Year / Code / Number, for example 2024 / 8101 / 1234.

2- Enter the year first. The year is the court file registration year, not necessarily the current year.

3- Enter the four-digit case code. Common examples include 1101 for general civil files, 1103 for family files, 8101 for commercial files, and 7101 for administrative files.

4- Select the Moroccan court that handles the file. If the code narrows the court choices, Mahkamaty will guide you to the most relevant courts.

5- Review the result. If the case is found, you can save it to your dashboard and activate a paid tracking plan to receive alerts instead of repeating the search manually.

Mahkamaty supports case tracking across the main Moroccan court families when public data is available.

First Instance Courts: civil, family, social, real-estate, enforcement, and other common citizen files.

Commercial Courts: business disputes, company files, commercial debts, insolvency, and related commercial litigation.

Administrative Courts: disputes with public administrations, administrative decisions, tax and public-authority cases where supported.

Courts of Appeal: appeal files linked to judgments from first instance, commercial, administrative, and specialized courts.

Coverage depends on the court record being available and searchable. If a file is too recent, private by nature, or entered with the wrong court/code combination, it may not appear immediately.

A Moroccan court case number usually contains three parts: Year / Code / Sequential number.

Year: the year the file was registered at the court.

Code: a four-digit category code used by the court to identify the type of file.

Sequential number: the file's order number inside that category and year.

Examples of frequent codes include 1101 for general civil files, 1103 for family matters, 1104 for real-estate files, 1109 for enforcement, 8101 for commercial files, and 7101 for administrative cases. Always copy the number exactly from the court document, then choose the court that appears on that document.
