Request to issue implementation.

I have requested taif implementation court to issue implementation notice against my ex-wife on the base of order of visitation child. I have legal order copy which is ordered by Dammam court. After order I visited taif to see my child but my ex wife refused to see my daughter. After that I visited a visitation centre they told to bring implementation letter. I requested by online but it’s been more than 1month still I haven’t get permission. I am a Indian I don’t know how to handle it.
