White year at university appeal
I was studying at a university, and I end up getting diagnosed with bipolar and taking medications. Unfortunately I failed the year, I tried to get a white year with some medical certificates and repeat the year without paying fees again but I think I got refused while my friend who had surgery in his lungs because if smoking failed too but he got to repeat the year without paying. This happened 4 years ago. I wish I find a way to retake the year without paying
