اليوم لاحضت وجود مخالفة في موقع المخالفات بسنتين علما انني لم يصلني اي انذار لا من المحكمة او من التجهيز.
كيف ساتعامل معها؟هل اذهب الى المحكمة دونة اشعار ؟كيف ساديها?

انتظر الى ان يصلك الاشعار وفيه سيثم عرض غرامة تصالحية عليك لتاديها خلال 24 ساعة او تادي مبلغ الغرامة العادي

في الموقع INFRACTION الاحظ ان الملف دهب الى المحكمة ومرت عليه سنتين.كيف يمكنني حماية نفسي قانونيا?هل يمكنني ذهاب الى المحكمة لإستفسار?
