إستأجر مكتري شقه مفروشه من عندي لمدة شهر كان اتفاقنا بترادي على مبلغ قدره 2000 درهم وقد سلمني المبلغ. بعد مكووته في الشقه لمدة 3أيام جاء ليخبرني بأنه لم يعد يريد الشقه ويريد إسترجاع المبلغ (بدون عقد أو توصيل) ما الحكم في هاذا من فضلكم و شكرا
