أتعاب الموثق في حالة شراء بقعة أرضية

السلام عليكم
اشتريت بقعة أرضية ب ثمن 190000درهم و توجهت عند الموثق لإتمام عقد البيع والقيام بعملية التسجيل والتحفيظ وما الى ذلك .
فأديت له مبلغ 12700 درهم قيمة مصاريف التسجيل (٪2.5) والتحفيظ(1٪) وأتعاب الموثق . سؤالي كالتالي هل هذا المبلغ معقول علما انه لم يسلم لي وصل ؟
