سلام . انا صاحب مادونية ص. معطل عن العمل وحالتي الصحية لاتسمح بالعمل . ومع أزمة كورونا امر بضروف صعبة والحجر صحي. امتنع مستغل المادونية من أداء واجب الكراء 3 اشهر نهائيا ولو بالتقسيط لم يقبل بل امتنع ورفض أداء 3 اشهر .(مع عقد نمودجي). امر بضروف يرثى لها كراء المنزل .والماء وكهرباء ... ماذا افعل وشكراا
