Inquiry Regarding Employment Dismissal Case in Riyadh

I was dismissed with out any verbal / written warnings after working for a company for 10 months and they have given me 2 months termination period. I am on a 24 month contract with them as the employment contract is limited for 2 years. I received the probation passing letter as well. Can I claim the remainder of The contract from them due to unfair dismissal?
