Employment resignation

Hi, I was working in a company under a group and resigned, my last working day was 31st July 2024 and my end of service was not yet calculated. They are asking me to sign another agreement with some clauses including that I will not work with competitors, 50% EOS first then after transfer 50% etc. The same cause is already in my qiwa contract. Do I have to sign such an agreement and what should I do to get my end of service faster Thank You Noushad Ali
