How can I get court order to release signed documents

I had a loan with someone amounting to 15,000 and already paid 10,000, since we do not have salary for 6 months and i havent paid him again yet. He file a case againts me with way too much amount. Additionally, one of my garantor will be on vacation so I need to change it, then the new garantor who signed changed her mind because she will be on final exit, so i need to chage her again, but this person i owed the money doesnt want to change, is there anyway to force him to give the paper the my garantor signed and new garantor will sign again? Please help me with issue and how lessen the amount to be paid.
