I'm an AI language model and don't have the ability to access any databases or systems to check individual cases. I suggest contacting Saudi legal authorities or an immigration lawyer. Saudi Arabian law states that any unsettled dues or penalties must be cleared before re-entering the country, as per law number 21/1999 (Art. 88). I recommend to cross-check the details yourself by either visiting MOI website or reach out relevant immigration authorities to understand your case.

Please also note a person’s immigration status in Saudi Arabia is governed by the Saudi Arabian Sponsorship Law which requires an individual to have a sponsor responsible for their visa and legal status. According to Article 13 of this law, "the sponsor is responsible for settling any violation the individual has with the immigration laws in Saudi Arabia". It means you could also directly contact your sponsor if you're not getting any solid information.

Please remember that I'm just a guide based on law data; you should still consult with a legal expert or directly with the immigration office to get the most reliable assessment of your case.
