Contract date issue

My actual contract with my current company is about to expire on 18 June 2025 but in qiwa is 04/01/2026. I am willing to take transfer after completing my current contract on the actual date I had already given notice period of 3 months as per my company's internal policy. Suggest me what to do or how to end my contract in qiwa under which section to take transfer to another employer.

You need to review the Labor Law in Kingdom Saudi Arabia which governs the employment contracts and changes to them.

1. **Article 51 of Labour Law:**
"If the term of the contract is not specified, none of the parties may end it except after serving a notice to the other party three months prior to the termination if the contract is a monthly-paid contract."

Based on this, you are correct to give your current employer a notice period of 3 months if you wish to terminate the contract.

2. **Article 55 of Labour Law:**
"The worker may leave without notice in either of the following cases:..."

(Here, you need to ensure none of the extreme conditions listed in law applies to you)

3. **Article 77 of Labour Law:**
"The work shall be reassigned to another employer in the following cases: ..."

At this point, once your contract is terminated with your current employer, you will need to ensure the new employer meets the criteria for transferring employment as stated in the law.

Remember, it is very important to follow the legal process for ending a contract and transferring to a new employer. Ensuring that all steps are completed correctly can aid in preventing potential legal issues in the future.

If the contract end date discrepancy persists in qiwa platform, you should contact the responsible department to amend it as it could affect your transfer process. Be sure to have all necessary documents, including a copy of your original contract showing the correct termination date.

Please note that I am providing you this advice per the general Labor laws, and the exact procedures can be employer-specific or may change over time. You should verify this advice based on your employer's policies and the up-to-date rules of Qiwa platform.
