Release from current employer after termination of contract on Qiwa

Sir , As Salaam Alai Kum. I am working on a labor visa here in Saudi Arabia , I have terminated my contract on Qiwa , I dont want to work anymore in this current company and getting a good job in another company . I am on notic period as per Qiwa for 30 days , what will happen if they dont give me release . Please help me .
