السلام عليكم :انا اشتريت شقة صغيرة لاكن عندما دهبت لكتابة العقد اكشفت ان الكاتب ليسا عدلا ولا محاميا بل كاتب عمومي وتم كتابة العقد وتصحيح الامضاء عليه
السؤال هل هدا العقد صحيح قانونيا ام لا
