السلام عليكم ورحمة الله، قمت بتحميل تطبيق infraction و تفاجأت بصدور حكم بالادانة في مخالفة مرتكبة قديما سنتين .(تجاوز السرعة من 30 إلى 50 كلم). عندما أذهب إلى المحكمة يتم اخباري أنها غير موجودة. هل تتقادم المخالفة. ماهي تبعات ذلك وشكرا
