السلام عليكم
أنا مكتري و لدي عقد كراء مدته عام..أريد مغادرة العين المؤجرة و فسخ الغقد قبل إنقضائه لكن المكري ( صاحب المنزل) يرفض فسخ العقد و يطالبني بأداء الشهور المتبقية في العقد اللتي لن أكتريها. هل يمكنني فسخ العقد من طرف واحد ؟ و هل يحق له مطالبتي بأداء الشهور المتبقية من العقد؟
