هل يمكن للمكتري ان يبيع الاصل التجاري بعد ان تجاوز 3 سنوات رغم انه في عقد الكراء اتفقنا على عدم بيعه او تفويته و اعادته المحل المستغل لصاحبه

العقد شريعة المتعاقدين ومن التزم بشيء لزمه.
ويبقى القرار الأخير للقضاء، عند رفع الدعوى.
